I am proud member of the �Ѿ�’k������ Nation from the Membertou reserve in Sydney, Nova Scotia. I was born in Ottawa, Ontario and came to British Columbia in the early 1990’s.

I feel totally lucky to live with and raise my urban Indigenous family in the traditional territories of the Lkwungen and WSANEC peoples.

I value the beautiful diversity, resilience, and wisdom of all of our Indigenous communities as we come together to learn at ����Ĥ��Ƶ.

My goal is to be present for the Indigenous students at ����Ĥ��Ƶ and walk beside them as they take their educational journey. I practise relational, Indigenous psychology while blending a person centered approach with narrative and cognitive therapy.

I hope my twenty five years of experience counselling in community helps students achieve their hopes, dreams and goals at school.
